I am confident in Amcor’s future, and believe the Board, led by Tom, will continue to guide the Company successfully.”

“On behalf of our Board of Directors, I want to thank Graeme for his visionary leadership and extensive contributions,” said Peter Konieczny, Amcor CEO. “We are grateful for his service and the lasting impact he has had on Amcor. I look forward to partnering with Tom and the other members of the Board as Amcor enters this exciting next chapter.”

“I am honored by the opportunity to lead Amcor’s Board as we begin to realize the full potential of the transformative acquisition of Berry last year,” said Mr. Long. “I look forward to working with my fellow directors to oversee the Company’s strong execution as we capitalize on our global leadership position to deliver long-term, sustainable value for all of our stakeholders.”
