The “Hi Travel Zhejiang Travel” platform in Zhejiang is the first provincial-level AI cultural and tourism intelligent service platform based on the AI cultural and tourism industry model, with the main purpose of serving inbound tourists and also serving domestic tourists; Aiming to connect the last mile of tourist services and provide intelligent and self-service cultural and tourism services for overseas tourists entering Zhejiang before, during, and after the trip, facilitating tourists (especially non group individual and family tourists) to enjoy and consume in Zhejiang.

Ⅱ.Bottom level model and data capability

In terms of the model foundation, the “Hi Travel Zhejiang Travel” platform is built upon the “Inbound Tourism to Zhejiang Large Model” as its core technological base. Fliggy has developed customized components for Zhejiang, including an intent recognition agent, to support personalized question-and-answer services and meet diverse user needs.

The Phase I model is equipped with the “Five major abilities and two comprehensive services” service framework.

The “Hi Travel Zhejiang Travel” platform has built a “6+X” dual layer architecture: with six modules of “Curated Travel Planning, Convenient Travel Services, Nearby Exploration, Featured Experience Rankings, Special Offer Booking, and Influencer Highlights—it further extends a range of functional features, including the Hi Travel Street Discovery Rankings, translation assistant, practical guide, product reservation, exchange rate query, scenic comfort and other special functions, forming a “basic service+special experience” model.

(Ⅰ)Pre trip – Curated Travel Planning

1.Facilitated Entry. Integrate official platforms such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ visa system, the Immigration Bureau’s 12367 mini-program, and Customs’ fingertip declaration, and set up a dedicated entry to achieve one-stop processing of visa, inquiry, declaration, and other services.

2. Utilizing a multi-agent collaboration model, it integrates four intelligent agents: Fliggy’s scenic spot guides, hotel consultants, budget planners, and neighborhood assistants, to provide personalized itinerary customization. Before traveling, tourists can set their target,through the “Curated Travel Planning” module, which generates an illustrated itinerary (supporting 9 languages for interaction) . During planning, specific attractions, hotels, and restaurants are recommended and linked to the Fliggy platform, allowing users to view details, receive AI explanations, and one-click jump to ticket purchasing or booking, achieving a closed-loop transaction.

Focusing on key pain points and bottlenecks encountered by inbound tourists, the platform has identified and advanced a set of “Eight Key Initiatives” for reform and optimization. In response to travelers’ needs for greater convenience, it has also introduced integrated socialized services such as ride-hailing, car rental, and luggage services to enhance overall travel accessibility and ease.

1.Based on inbound tourism policies and service data, customize an “inbound public service intelligent agent” to support AI-based Q&A for understanding service matters, procedures, and quick entry; provide two forms: service list and AI dialogue, with an average response time of no more than 3 seconds.

2. The innovative Easy Go service code for inbound tourism (Easy Go One-Code Pass) has been developed. Users can take photos and upload passport information independently, and after verification by the public security (border inspection) authorities, they can unlock the advanced authentication benefits of the Easy Go service code. 1. Nearby Exploration: Integrating data from Feizhu, Amap Global (100000+POI in Zhejiang) and government ticketing systems, we recommend nearby dining, scenic spots, hotels, shopping, performances, and more based on the tourists’ location. Additionally, we have marked convenience points such as restrooms, hospitals, police stations, SIM card services, currency exchange.

2. Featured Experience Rankings:In collaboration with Amap Global, the platform has launched the “Hi Travel Street Discovery Rankings (Food Edition),” integrating culinary datasets such as the “Hundred Counties, Thousand Dishes” program to provide users with professional and reliable dining recommendations, while promoting the visibility and development of local specialty cuisine.

3. Inspiration Discovery:Building upon over 60,000 POIs from the original “Picturesque Zhejiang Roaming Corridor,” the platform has been upgraded to offer an intelligent “Inspiration Discovery” travel guide system. By identifying trending themes of interest among younger users on social media platforms, it generates personalized, theme-based travel routes. To date, 23 thematic categories and 2,160 inspiration points have been launched, forming a total of 606 curated routes.

4. Distinctive features are seamlessly embedded across various application scenarios.

These distinctive features are seamlessly integrated into the entire travel chain, from pre-trip planning to in-trip activities, much like precision gears fitting into various scenarios, providing differentiated and unique experiences.

(1)Instant mutual translation. Based on the Ali Gummy model, it supports real-time conversation translation in five languages: Chinese-English, Chinese-Japanese, Chinese-Korean, Chinese-French, and Chinese-Russian, with an accuracy rate of 94%, meeting the communication and consumption needs of inbound tourists.

(2)Convenient communication. Provide comprehensive solutions for inbound tourists, including access to eSIM card services from Hong Kong operators, online reservations with domestic operators, and offline services, to address the issue of “communication difficulties”.

(3)Payment Guide. Collaborate with ICBC to innovate the “Card Code Pass” service, enabling online applications and support for international credit cards such as Visa, achieving one-code payment and one-code ride-hailing. Integrate tutorials for binding foreign cards from WeChat, Alipay, and QuickPass (bilingual guide + download link), and provide currency exchange point inquiries to meet tourists’ payment needs.
