Neal brings more than two decades of enterprise software and identity security sales leadership experience, having held senior revenue roles at some of the industry’s most influential identity companies, including Okta, Saviynt, Omada, and most recently IDMWORKS.
As CRO, Neal will lead Radiant Logic’s global sales organization and go-to-market strategy, helping customers address increasingly complex identity challenges as human identities, non-human identities, and AI agents converge across modern enterprise environments.

Prior to that, he held senior sales leadership positions at Omada, Saviynt, and Okta, helping organizations accelerate identity transformation initiatives and strengthen security programs across highly regulated industries.
