Dashdoc: AI Powered Collaborative TMS
Dashdoc, a European transportation management platform, is accelerating its expansion into the U.S. with the launch of Dashdoc Agents, a new generation of AI-powered tools that allows carriers and shippers to create and manage their own transportation automations without writing code.
The company will introduce Dashdoc Agents to the U.S. trucking community this fall and meet with carriers and transportation leaders at MCE in Charlotte, North Carolina, October 17–20, 2026. From European roots to the U.S. trucking market
Founded in 2018 by Benoît Joncquez, Corentin Smith, Arthur Ouaki and Paul-Hubert des Minières, Dashdoc was built alongside transportation professionals to simplify and digitize the day-to-day operations of carriers and shippers.
Today, more than 2,000 companies across Europe use Dashdoc to manage their transportation operations, with the platform handling more than one million shipments every month.
Dashdoc is now bringing its transportation expertise and technology to the U.S. market, combining transportation management, automation and AI to transform everyday trucking operations.
The platform connects carriers and shippers around a single operational workflow, from order creation and planning to tracking and invoicing, while reducing manual work and streamlining day-to-day operations.

Dashdoc Agents: taking transportation automation to the next level
Dashdoc is taking another step in its approach to automation with the launch of Dashdoc Agents in October 2026.
Your TMS, your rules. With Dashdoc Agents, carriers and shippers can define their own automation rules directly in their TMS, without writing a single line of code. Users simply describe what they want to automate to Dash, Dashdoc’s AI assistant, through a chat interface.
Dash translates the request into a structured workflow, combining a trigger, conditions and actions. Once validated, the automation runs automatically whenever the defined conditions are met.
For example, a user could tell Dash:
“When a transport is completed and the shipper is Acme Distribution, send an SMS to Mike J.”
Dash builds the workflow, which the user can review and activate directly from the TMS.
Dashdoc Agents centralizes these automations in a single dashboard, giving users visibility and control over the rules running in their operations. They can track each automation, see its status and enable or disable it with one click.
This approach allows transportation teams to adapt their TMS to their own processes and priorities, without relying on developers or changing the way they work to fit their software.
“With Dashdoc Agents, we’re giving carriers and shippers greater control over their TMS. Their TMS adapts to the way they work, not the other way around.”
Arthur Ouaki, Co-founder and Head of R&D, Dashdoc
