PLEASANT VALLEY, WV, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — TMC Technologies is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Eric Mohan to Vice President of the National Security Division, recognizing his outstanding leadership, devotion to client success, and notable contributions to the company’s continued growth in the federal marketplace.

Mohan previously served as Executive Director at TMC Technologies, where he managed a diverse portfolio of federal programs, oversaw the company’s contracts department, and led proposal pricing. In his new role, he will lead and expand TMC’s National Security Division, driving strategic growth while ensuring the highest standards of performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the company’s federal defense and civilian agency programs.

Mohan brings more than 15 years of experience in project and program management, business development, contracts management, and strategic analysis within the federal contracting industry. His current client portfolio includes programs supporting the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Navy across Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Maryland, Virginia, Indiana, and West Virginia.

In addition to leading major customer engagements, Mohan serves on TMC’s Independent Research and Development (IR&D) Board. He is a member of the company’s ISO Management Team, helping guide innovation, quality management, and operational quality throughout the organization.

A graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College, Mohan earned both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the institution. He also earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management from Anderson University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an ITIL certification.

Mohan also serves as a board member of the West Virginia Independent Colleges and Universities (WVICU), an organization dedicated to encouraging and championing independent higher education throughout West Virginia, and of the Ridgedale Athletic Association, a non-profit organization that provides a recreational league for over 400 boys and girls in basketball and cheerleading. He resides in Morgantown, West Virginia, with his wife, Emmalee, and their daughters, Elsie and Esme.
