Wil Marshall’s diverse professional background has shaped his unique perspective. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and later earned a Master of Science degree in Technology Management and Education from the University of Texas at Tyler. He served for more than 27 years with the U.S. Air Force Logistics Command, working as a Logistics Engineer and Management Engineer in areas including weapon systems management, manpower, personnel, and services.
Throughout his career, Marshall pursued continued learning and leadership development, including technical training, Squadron Officer’s School at Air University, private pilot ground school, and becoming a Certified Strengths® Coach through Gallup University. His work contributed to initiatives focused on workforce engagement, motivation, productivity, team building, and organizational well-being.
